Remember when all garages were like this?

My exhaust burst outside Edinburgh, the big franchise garages I phoned were useless. I phoned Sheriff Motors first thing Saturday morning and they told me to come in so they could have a look. They reckoned they could weld it, saving me the cost of new parts. Done there and then while I waited. All for a good price.

Will be recommending these guys to friends, family and anyone reading this.

They gave the car a proper look over, identified a couple of other issues, confirmed what the costs would be and what coupd be left. All work completed same day. they are just amazing. my car was dented I have contacted 5-6 repair shops they all said, the tailgate has to be replaced, the the price will be around £600 which is used tailgate price is around £500 + replacing price is £100. and it may be hard to find exactly same model and coloured tailgate from the market and I got it after searching myself from ebay. and I hesitated to replace the tailgate with other one for this small dent, as it may not perfectly match. I wanted to use mine as possible. so left this fixing for a while

Recently I sent some inquiry emails to a couple of shops again and this one is the fastest email back. I prefer email conversation to phone so this is good for me. and their quotation is £400. how? they fixed my car only next day and the result is just amazing and perfect.. I asked if the tailgate is replaced then they said no. they just made it flat!! everything looks perfect I really appreciate their skill and service.

I visited Sherrif Motors because my car experienced flooding after being serviced at Arnold Clark. The flooding was so extreme, it felt as though my car had been driven into a river. Tunc advised me to give Arnold Clark an opportunity to rectify the issue, but they denied responsibility. Consequently, Tunc repaired the washer pipe inside the car, which was the primary cause of the leakage, dried the floors, and restored the vehicle as if nothing had occurred.

Excellent service and really helpful and friendly staff! I was past my due date when our car's power steering failed and we needed the car sorted asap to make sure I could get to the hospital. Other garages that we had called in the area were unable to look at our car for weeks. Despite how busy Sherrif Motors were, they very helpfully squeezed us in - and went to the trouble of finding the best value replacement part that we needed. I now use them for the yearly service/MOT on the car. They are extremely efficient and thorough, I would highly recommend using their services

Last Saturday, while driving from Edinburgh to Leicester, I heard an unusual sound coming from the engine bay. I quickly looked up the nearby garages on Google and discovered that Sheriff Motors has an excellent reputation. I contacted them, and they diagnosed the problem as an injector leak and repaired it. The problem occurred on a Saturday and they were only on duty for half a day; yet, they assisted me in completing my job and had extremely nice and competent management, which I definitely suggest to everyone.

Used Sheriff motors for the first time this week. My daughter's Fiat 500 had suspension and brake issues.

They were able to fit us in next day foe an assessment - video inspection shared by WhatsApp, with cost estimate. I agreed to the work, they were able to do it by 11am next day. Video inspection shared by WhatsApp to show work done. Price was as initially quoted.

The team were competent, polite, and answered all my questions satisfactorily. They replaced a broken wing mirror and a badly rusted door prior to re-spraying the entire vehicle.

They did an amazing job. I had a dent and I couldn't open my right front door properly because of it. I called them, and agreed to bring my car for a quote. The price was very good.
